Why This Matters
Colorado’s future depends on courageous, informed, and connected leaders who are willing to step into civic life with purpose. This Fellowship exists to cultivate those leaders — equipping them with the tools, relationships, and insights to lead with impact, integrity, and heart across every sector of our state.

  • Six months of free CiviCO membership, including access to Purpose Hour events focused on civic learning, networking, and mentorship

How We Gather
Fall 2025 Cohort: Thursdays | 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Oct 23 · Nov 6, 20 · Dec 4

This two-month journey includes four half-day, in-person sessions at CiviCO All sessions take place at CiviCO (250 Fillmore St #225, Denver, CO),  designed to fit into full-time schedules. We maximize our mornings together — sessions run from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM — so you have your afternoons free to return to work, meetings, or life. Each session offers immersive learning, peer connection, and actionable tools to help you grow your leadership from the inside out.

In addition to group learning, every participant receives four personalized 1:1 coaching sessions with an ICF-certified coach. Coaching sessions are scheduled directly between you and your coach to fit your calendar — ensuring flexibility, relevance, and real-time application.

Continental breakfast and box lunch are included at each session.
